Order Entry Specialist

We are currently working on an Order Entr Specialist role in Greensboro, NC! This is fully on-site and a direct hire position. This role is very supply chain focused, entering orders, working directly with planning and logistics. You serve as the point of contact on all new orders, following through to delivery. We are looking for someone who has at least 3 years of B2B Customer Service experience. ERP experience is a must!

Responsibilities:

  • Primary source of customer contact, interaction, and communication, mainly via email
  • Receive & process all customer orders in ERP system
  • Assure proper paperwork & documentation accompanies all orders (C/As, commercial invoices, NAFTA certificates, etc.) and that all customer requirements are met
  • Create commercial invoices
  • Communicate with Sales, Production, and QC to handle any problems with meeting customer expectations & assist with creative problem solving
  • Handle all customer inquiries (requests for PRO #’s, ship dates, PODs, faxing C/A’/packing slips, handle any customer requests, etc.)
  • Deal with all customer complaints, returns, and return authorizations
  • Confirm pricing, trends, and all information on all customers, products, and customer shipping requirements
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of B2B customer service experience
  • ERP experience a must
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Strong communication skills
