LHH is looking for an Intake Coordinator in the Portland area. This is an on-site temp to perm position paying $18.00 per hour. The intake coordinator is responsible for the registration of incoming clients, the financial intake for each client entering the facility and documenting patient information. This is an excellent opportunity to start your healthcare career!

Duties:

  • Initiate contact to gather required clinical and demographic data from patient and sources
  • Schedule intake and complete necessary paperwork (financial intake)
  • Review referrals and verify all information
  • Work with management around case assignment as needed
  • Provide receptionist coverage when not coordinating intakes
  • Overall oversite of intake process and case assignment as needed
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
  • Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
