Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Hamilton Twp, NJ | Full-Time

We’re hiring a strategic finance leader to drive planning, forecasting, and performance insights across our client's organization. As Director of FP&A, you’ll partner with senior leadership to align financial strategy with business goals and lead a high-impact team focused on data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Deliver financial insights and executive-level reporting
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives
• Build and improve financial models and planning tools
• Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team

What You Bring

• 8+ years in FP&A or corporate finance
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA a plus)

• Salary at $165,000 - $170,000 annually
