Our client in Hamilton, NJ is looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to join their firm for a direct hire opportunity. This opportunity is hybrid and starts ASAP!

Role, Responsibilities, & Requirements

  • Partner with firm leadership on strategy
  • Full cycle recruiting
  • Oversee compensation and benefits
  • Employee Relations
  • Coaching and staff development
  • Performance Management, Training, and Employee Engagement
  • Compliance
  • Stay on top of market and industry trends
  • Policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state and city employment laws
  • Member of the Executive Committee
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess superior interpersonal skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Education and Experience

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • PHR and SHRM-CP certifications are a plus
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources administration
  • Experience in an architecture and engineering, professional services, or other
  • consulting environment

  • Experience acting as the sole HR leader
