Responsibilities:

  • Account Management
  • Conducting a high volume of phone calls
  • Upselling products and assisting customers with problems
  • Checking stock levels of inventory and following up on back orders
  • Sending communications to customers and colleagues
  • Qualifications:

  • Past Inside Sales experience is required
  • Account management skills
  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone
  • Expertise with the Microsoft Office products and sales software preferred
  • Must be self motivated
  • Experience:

  • Two years of experience required
  • Employment Type:

  • Contract to hire
  • Compensation:

  • $22.00 an hour
  • Work Hours:

  • Full time 40 hours per week
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
