LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative professional for a great opportunity to help a client with leave administration within their HR department. This opportunity is 100% onsite at the client's location and will be on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure within Human Resources!

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee inquiries via email and phone
  • Follow up with leave specialists regarding employee inquiries
  • File and maintain employee documents
  • Ensure all necessary documents regarding specific leaves are obtained
  • Enter employee information into the system
  • Follow up with employees to update them on status of leave
  • Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service and administrative experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to keep information confidential
  • Ability to follow through and stay organized
  • Hours:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Worksite Type:

  • 100% Onsite
