Contract Administrator, Melville, New York

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team. Looking for an eager, motivated individual to join the team!

Responsibilities:

Prepare paperwork and documentation for new projects

Review contracts and send for review and signature

Follow up on contract deliverables

Make sure all contracts are renewed and up to date

Work closely with estimating, accounting, and project management teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Business-Related field

Industry experience- Construction

Skills:

Tech savvy- strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Deadline oriented

Effective communicator (both verbal and written)

Ability to work with a team or autonomously

Job Type: Full Time/ Monday- Friday/ in office

Salary Target- 65,000-75,000k
