High-Volume Recruiter
LHH is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This is a fast-paced, full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll manage 30–40 open requisitions focused on hiring finance professionals, including bankers, managers, and operational talent. If you’re a recruiter who thrives on organization, strong hiring manager partnerships, and fast turnarounds—this is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage 30–40 active requisitions across finance and operations departments
Own the full recruitment cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers, and onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing updates, guidance, and support
Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth process from first contact through signed offer letters
Use UKG (experience preferred) to manage applicant flow, requisitions, and candidate data
Support compliance and reporting as needed
What You Bring:
Proven experience in high-volume recruiting (30+ open roles at once)
Experience hiring in finance or nonprofit environments strongly preferred
Familiarity with UKG or similar applicant tracking systems
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
A collaborative and proactive mindset—able to hit the ground running after initial training
