Warehouse Supervisor

LHH is seeking a manufacturing operations Warehouse Supervisor in the Triad area. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities of both material handlers and forklift operators. While keeping inventory accurate and the warehouse space organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all material and personnel safety measures are followed throughout the facility.
  • Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse stock areas, racks, and isles.
  • Manages and organizes material movement and storage.
  • Monitors and controls inventory parts and levels and records on accuracy.
  • Manages and tracks all in-bound materials from vendors.
  • Ensures that correct and on time mechanisms are available to the production lines.
  • Collaborates cross functionally with the production scheduler and manager to resolve schedule conflicts, inventory discrepancies, material shortages, and / or other material or parts issues.
  • Maintains performance tracking information.
  • Monitors employee time tracking.
  • Requirements:

  • Metal Manufacturing experience, required
  • AS400 Software experience, preferred
