One of our fantastic clients in High Point is hiring an Accounts Payable Processor to join their accounting team. This position will be responsible for the payable process and ensuring expense are property posted. An ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of accounting experience, a desire to grow within the company, and have a bachelors degree in accounting.


Responsibilities:

  • Post all invoices and perform 3 way matching
  • Investigate any invoices and discrepancies to ensure correct processing
  • Resolve all issues with vendors and reconcile accounts
  • Manager sales an use tax
  • Prepare annual 1099s
  • Assist with month end and year end close procedures
  • Ad hoc duties as needed

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2-5 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency with excel
