LHH is working in support of our client, a reputable fabrication company in High Point, NC. We are currently searching for a Quality Engineer to hit the ground running in this on-site, industrial manufacturing space. Manages shop floor Quality activities and functions. Coordinates with related departments and functions, vendors and customer representatives to ensure compliance is met. Work with Supervisors & Engineering to help manage assigned jobs from inception to shipment to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:


-Audit Production experience


-Associates Degree in technical related field from an accredited college or university or its recognized equivalent in relevant work experience


-At least 5+ years of experience metal working in a manufacturing operation, including hands-on dimensional inspection and quality control processes with machining and/or fabrication.


-Welding experience is preferred


-Strong intercommunication skills to manage a variety of job requirements, employees, suppliers and departments


-PFMEA


Soft Skills:


-PPAP Requirements/Process


-Process RMA's


-Audit production experience
