We are searching for a Sr. Payroll and Benefits Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing, auditing, and supporting the payroll process. This role will also be tasked with supporting the human resources team with benefits.

This rob does require you to have corporate payroll and benefits expereince.

Job Description:

  • This person will not be processing payroll – they are reviewing payroll (finding and correct errors)
  • Develop and support payroll processing and payroll cross checks for accuracy and timeliness
  • Support various benefits related processes
  • Support with all yearly on-going payroll and benefit related projects are managed and completed timely and accurately (example: open enrollment processing, year-end processing, taxation processing)
  • Support various benefits related processes
  • Manages and maintains compensation and benefit related reports as assigned
  • Update and maintain US employee database ensuring accuracy at all times
  • Qualifications:

  • Must have strong project coordination skill set
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience
  • Understanding the concept of payroll
  • Degree is preferred
  • Any payroll or timekeeping systems are needed
