LHH is partnering with an Oil & Gas company in Houston, TX to find an Accounts Payable Specialist to replace a promoted incumbent! This company offers two days’ work from home per week and 100% paid employee benefits!


To qualify applicants should have two or more years in a full cycle AP role with vendor maintenance experience.


Hourly pay for the Accounts Payable Specialist ranges between $25 and $28 per hour depending on experience.


Job Responsibilities:

• Full cycle AP invoice processing for up to 500 invoices per week

• Managing vendor and field manager inquiries

• Reconciling vendor statements

• Researching and resolving discrepancies

• Processing operating and non-operating JIBS

• PO matching and non-PO processing

Job Requirements:

• Two or more years in a recent AP role

• Heavy vendor setup and maintenance experience

• Ability to work independently while staying on task

• Intermediate Excel preferred
