Administrative Assistant

LHH is seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a direct hire position in Houston, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer switchboard phone system – take messages and forward calls

Prioritize and follow up on pending items

Prepare written communications to Tenants, vendors etc.

Create, Track and input new leases in Yardi (as needed)

Keep track of all filing and scanned documents

Order Supplies, and other misc. duties regarding the office

Schedule travel and driver services for upper management

Light personal assistance for owner (usually short distances - gas will be reimbursed if any errands require driving)

Organize and keep office / breakroom / storage neat and tidy

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma

Professional email etiquette

Self-Motivated with willingness to take initiative

SKILLS:

Proficient with MS Office Suite

Yardi experience a plus

QuickBooks experience a plus

Attention to detail and organized

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3-5 years front desk/reception or administrative support experience

Commercial Real Estate experience a big plus

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: direct hire

COMPENSATION: $50,000-55,000

WORK HOURS: Mon-Thurs (9-5:30) & Fri (9-5)
