LHH is seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a direct hire position in Houston, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer switchboard phone system – take messages and forward calls
  • Prioritize and follow up on pending items
  • Prepare written communications to Tenants, vendors etc.
  • Create, Track and input new leases in Yardi (as needed)
  • Keep track of all filing and scanned documents
  • Order Supplies, and other misc. duties regarding the office
  • Schedule travel and driver services for upper management
  • Light personal assistance for owner (usually short distances - gas will be reimbursed if any errands require driving)
  • Organize and keep office / breakroom / storage neat and tidy
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma
  • Professional email etiquette
  • Self-Motivated with willingness to take initiative
  • SKILLS:

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Yardi experience a plus
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
  • Attention to detail and organized
  • EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3-5 years front desk/reception or administrative support experience
  • Commercial Real Estate experience a big plus
  • EMPLOYMENT TYPE: direct hire

    COMPENSATION: $50,000-55,000

    WORK HOURS: Mon-Thurs (9-5:30) & Fri (9-5)
