Administrative Assistant in Houston, Texas

LHH is working on an Administrative Assistant/ Front Desk for our client located in Houston, TX. Applicants must have 3 - 5 years of administrative, scheduling, or professional services support. Our client is seeking a strong admin with problem-solving skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. This position is Direct Hire with a salary range of $50k to $52k annually.

Title: Administrative Assistant/ Front Desk

Duration: Direct Hire

Salary: 50k-52k + (discretionary year end bonus)

Schedule: M-Thur 9am-5:30pm, Fri 5pm

Address: 100% ONSITE- Houston, TX 77079

Internal notes:

Minimum 3+ years of office administrative/support experience

Degree NOT required

Bilingual is a huge plus!

Commercial real estate industry is a plus, NOT required

Set firm schedule 9am-5:30pm, 5pm on Fridays

Answer switchboard phone system – take messages and forward calls

Ability to prepare written communications to Tenants, vendors etc.

Create, Track and input new leases in Yardi (*as needed)

Self-Motivated with willingness to take initiative

Attention to detail and organized

Ability to prioritize and follow up on pending items

Team player within the office

Keep track of all filing and scanned documents

Order Supplies, and other misc. duties regarding the office

Some data entry in Yardi and Quickbooks

Schedule travel and driver services for upper management

Light personal assistance for owner

Organize and keep office / breakroom/ storage neat and tidy

Professional email etiquette

Familiar with Microsoft office
