This position is a senior level paralegal role that manages many different operations for the company. 8-10 years of experience is required as the candidate must be well versed in multiple practice areas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage financial transactions
  • Communicate and collaborate with multiple different departments within the corporation
  • Organize and manage scheduling for multiple calendars
  • Provide paralegal services in multiple areas including real estate, transactions, finance, and others
  • Handle, review, and prepare a multitude of legal documents
  • Skills

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with heavy workloads
  • Excellent written and verbal client communications skills, including telephone intake
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to consistently make deadlines and produce quality work
  • Experience

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is preferred
  • Experience with multiple different management software is preferred
  • 8-10 years transactional paralegal experience is required
