Corporate Paralegal in Houston, Texas

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Corporate Paralegal temporary position in Houston, Texas with possibility for renewal. This position is a senior level paralegal role that manages many different operations for the company. 8-10 years of experience is required as the candidate must be well versed in multiple practice areas.

Responsibilities

Manage financial transactions

Communicate and collaborate with multiple different departments within the corporation

Organize and manage scheduling for multiple calendars

Provide paralegal services in multiple areas including real estate, transactions, finance, and others

Handle, review, and prepare a multitude of legal documents

Skills

Strong leadership skills

Attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with heavy workloads

Excellent written and verbal client communications skills, including telephone intake

Strong writing and analytical skills

Ability to consistently make deadlines and produce quality work

Experience

High school diploma required

Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is preferred

Experience with multiple different management software is preferred

8-10 years transactional paralegal experience is required
