LHH is seeking an HR ANALYST for a long-term contract position in Houston, TX.

SUMMARY:

The HR Analyst will primarily assist with Payroll, Benefits and HRIS functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

BENEFITS

  • UKG Benefits, UKG BI Reporting, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Set up new benefits in UKG and update costs. Configure Open Enrollment Sessions in UKG.
  • During Open Enrollment answer questions about medical plans and troubleshoot employees having difficulties enrolling.
  • After open Enrollment, Audit Benefit Enrollments(running UKG BI Reporting and identifying employees who signed up for a plan they are not eligible for),
  • Create Benefit files for each carrier in their specified format to send to them. run reports from carrier’s systems to ensure all employees and dependents where successfully added.
  • Once Audit is completed, email employees needing to complete their EOI the link.
  • Monthly: At the End of the Month, complete the billing for each carrier: reconcile employee deductions to invoices.
  • Create Ancillary Invoice (Self Bill). Also enroll new hires/terminations in carrier’s systems.
  • PAYROLL

  • UKG Payroll, UKG BI Reporting, UKG Imports, UTM, Excel
  • Run Bi-Weekly Payrolls and any off-cycle payrolls.
  • Prepare spreadsheets for compensation and calibration meetings.
  • Import new compensation into UKG.
  • Prepare 2023 budget by running BI reports, preparing spreadsheets.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
  • SKILLS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
  • MUST BE PROFICIENT IN UKG formerly UltiPro (back-end user)
  • MUST BE ADVANCED IN EXCEL- BI reporting, VLOOKUP’s, Pivot tables, etc.
  • EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5+ years of HR within Benefits, HRIS, and Payroll experience
  • EMPLOYMENT TYPE: long-term contract (approx. 6 months)

    COMPENSATION: $35-45/hr DOE

    WORK HOURS: Mon-Thurs (9:30 AM-3:30 PM) core hours, must be onsite at the office & Fri are flexible
