LHH is actively seeking a HR Compliance Advisor to work with a company located in Houston, TX. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years in HR Compliance. This is a contract position with a pay rate of $38 to $45 per hour depending on experience.

Title: HR Compliance Advisor

Duration: Temp 3-4 months (project)

Pay: $38-$45/hr

Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM

Address: 100% ONSITE- Sugar Land, TX 77478

  • 5+ years of HR Compliance experience
  • ?MUST have affirmative action planning & VETS reporting
  • Degree strongly preferred
  • Project based temp position
  • Must be able to work in fast paced report driven environment
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create Affirmative Action Plan and develop presentation for managers
  • Complete VETS report
  • Respond to emails and phone calls related to HR compliance
  • Manage audit requests that come into department leveraging HR data, processes, and analytics
  • Provide counseling and support on corporate policies
  • Perform other duties and HR compliance projects as assigned
