Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.

Coordinate phone and in-person interviews.

Manage job posting and candidate workflow through ATS.

Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures

Assist and support the HR team as needed.

Requirements

Must have 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience

Experience working a high volume and fast paced recruiting

Strong sourcing experience

Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong interviewing skills and knowledge of different interviewing techniques

Must be flexible and adaptable

Excellent attention to detail; strong ability to prioritize, plan, and organize time
