LHH is seeking a RECRUITING COORDINATOR for a direct hire position in Houston, TX.

JOB SCOPE

Provide support to the strategic design, development, management, and execution of recruiting efforts for consulting staff for our Company’s Texas office.

DUTIES:

  • Develop annual recruiting calendar, working with Career Services offices at all core schools
  • Coordinate virtual, on-campus, and in-office recruiting efforts at targeted schools
  • Attend recruiting events (live and virtual) and execute event details
  • Act as liaison between school career services offices and The Company, execute communication and correspondence with candidates throughout the year
  • Maintain regular communication across The Company teams regarding logistics for marketing and interviewing events and act as the key coordinator/representative
  • Coordinate the candidate selection process: Set up interview schedules, select interviewers, run debriefing meetings, determine next step decisions and manage the communication of dispositions to candidates
  • Coordinate offer & closing process
  • Coordinate the summer internship program, including all marketing efforts, scheduling interviews, selecting offerees, developing summer calendar, coordinating training, and organizing social events
  • Support all industry/off-cycle hiring efforts, including general application screening/management, referral tracking, proactive sourcing, communicating with candidates, etc.
  • Assist in evaluation of recruiting performance, including collecting/assembling data and assisting with analyses as directed
  • Support team recruiting events/screening/interview efforts for other sources and programs (BEL, Advanced Degree, etc.) throughout the year as needed
  • Utilize recruiting system for data entry, application/event management, and applicant tracking/reporting in a timely & accurate manner
  • Attend team meetings and support follow-up action items as necessary
  • Perform other administrative duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral member of various teams
  • SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written/verbal communication, customer service skills
  • Advanced organizational skills – must be meticulous to details without losing sight of broader needs/activities
  • EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative and/or Recruiting or events support experience, preferably in a professional services firm
  • EMPLOYMENT TYPE: direct hire

    COMPENSATION:

    $57,000-60,000 annual base salary DOE

    + 3% annual discretionary bonus

    + overtime (average $10-15K annually)

    TOTAL ANNUAL COMPENSATION RANGE: $68,000-77,000 annually

    WORK HOURS:

    HYBRID (2 days/week onsite & 3 days/remote)

    M-F, flex start time between 7:30-9 AM and end time between 4:30-6 PM
