LHH is hiring immediately for a contract Tax processor/Admin in Houston, TX!! Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm paying $20/hr!!! Starting date is ASAP through October with the possibility of an extension.


Responsibilities:

  • Core Tax Assistance:
  • Tax Return processing
  • Uploading of PDF acceptances into GFR
  • Email staff when necessary regarding required information
  • Property Tax assistance:
  • Property tax processing
  • Office assistance:
  • Maintain/organize office supplies
  • Various other requested tasks as necessary – may include:
  • Mail prep and distribution
  • Filing
  • Scanning

  • Qualifications & skills


    • Intermediate MS Office skills


    • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat


    • Organized, detail oriented, can work long hours when necessary, independent


    Basic Qualifications:


    Education:


    - High School diploma, GED or equivalent required


    Experience:


    - One (1) year of experience in office services / facilities or similar position


    Software:


    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


    Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


    - Strong verbal and written communication skills


    - Ability to adapt communication style to successfully convey message and objective to diverse audiences


    - Capacity to successfully multi task while working independently or within a group environment


    - Capable of working in a deadline-driven environment with an attention to detail
