Total Rewards Associate in Houston, Texas

LHH is actively looking for a HR - Total Rewards Associate position to work for one of our clients located in Houston, TX. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 -5 years of experience in HR Total Rewards. Degree is preferred. Candidates must have experience within comp & benefits, and be skilled in Microsoft Office Excel. This is a contract-to-hire position, with a pay of $22 to $30 per hour depending on experience.

Summary:

Position: HR - Total Rewards Associate

Type: Temp - 6 months

Location: Hybrid, 77056 (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

Pay Range: $22-30/hr DOE

Work Schedule: M-F, 8 am-5 pm

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Total Rewards department

Manage accurate data entry and staff movement records in Total Rewards

Support the distribution of service award certificates or other payroll, compensation, or benefits program related mail.

Prepare and deposit incoming checks; log health care payments, refunds, rebates, etc.

Develop/maintain a well-organized filing system that permits easy reference or retrieval of information

Requirements:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience within HR/Total Rewards

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP function, pivot tables)

Excellent attention to detail

Degree is preferred

Strong knowledge with compensation analysis and benefits
