LHH is actively looking for a HR - Total Rewards Associate position to work for one of our clients located in Houston, TX. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 -5 years of experience in HR Total Rewards. Degree is preferred. Candidates must have experience within comp & benefits, and be skilled in Microsoft Office Excel. This is a contract-to-hire position, with a pay of $22 to $30 per hour depending on experience.

Summary:

Position: HR - Total Rewards Associate

Type: Temp - 6 months

Location: Hybrid, 77056 (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

Pay Range: $22-30/hr DOE

Work Schedule: M-F, 8 am-5 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Total Rewards department
  • Manage accurate data entry and staff movement records in Total Rewards
  • Support the distribution of service award certificates or other payroll, compensation, or benefits program related mail.
  • Prepare and deposit incoming checks; log health care payments, refunds, rebates, etc.
  • Develop/maintain a well-organized filing system that permits easy reference or retrieval of information
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience within HR/Total Rewards
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP function, pivot tables)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Degree is preferred
  • Strong knowledge with compensation analysis and benefits
