About the Role We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, a respected organization in Hyattsville, MD. In this role, you will serve as the voice of the company, providing professional and courteous assistance to customers via phone. Key Responsibilities
Communicate professionally and effectively with customers over the phone to address inquiries, process reservations, and resolve concerns.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, call center, or reservation-based roles.
Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers over the phone.
A consistent track record of dependability, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work a flexible, nonstandard schedule, including weekends, as required.
