Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant for one of our top clients downtown Indianapolis, IN. The department offers two days of remote work a week, upward mobility, and collaborative culture!

Responsibilities:

Maintains and balances accounts

Ensure compliance with financial rules and regulations

Participates in the year-end close

Assists external auditors with annual and special audits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

2+ years of accounting experience preferred

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

Skills:

Ability to work independently or in a collaborative environment

Strong oral and written communication

Critical thinking and high attention to detail
