Credit and Collection Supervisor – Contract Position | Cleveland, OH | Up to $24/hr
LHH is hiring on behalf of a respected client in the Cleveland area for a Credit and Collection Supervisor. This is a full-time contract position ideal for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of credit and collections experience, including team leadership. About the Role

As the Credit and Collection Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the credit and collections team. You’ll be responsible for managing workflows, mentoring staff, and ensuring timely and accurate collections. This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of credit and collection specialists
  • Review and approve credit applications and set credit limits
  • Monitor aging reports and implement strategies to reduce DSO
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline billing and collection processes
  • Generate and present reports on collection performance and credit risk
What You Bring
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit and collections, including supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
