Pay: $20 - $22/hr


Job Duties: Accounts payable, computer skills, scanning, filing


Basic Requirements:


Ability to perform mathematical computations accurately and quickly.


Ability to solve practical problems


Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


Be able to work under pressure and budget time to complete monthly accounting closings.


Ability to work and communicate effectively with vendors and other employees, both verbally and in writing.


Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and handle stress when problem solving with customers and others within the company.


Ability to work within time constraints and budget time wisely to complete tasks when due and to ensure that monthly closing deadlines are met.
