Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an Administrative Assistant to assist a busy office with clerical support for approximately 3-6 months. If you have any administrative experience and are open to a short term position, please check out the job description and apply!

Employment Type: Contract

Pay: $18

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk reception area and greet visitors
  • Speak with customers and vendors over the phone
  • Take incoming calls and transfer to the proper department
  • Assist with filing paperwork and managing incoming documentation
  • Light HR clerical support as need
  • Assist with setting up meeting rooms and gathering catering and other supplied for events
  • Assist with scheduling responsibilities for the HR department
  • Take incoming mail and packages and distribute to the proper parties
  • Assist with projects as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • 1 year of previous administrative experience
  • ADP experience preferred, but not required
  • Logistics or Manufacturing experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
