LHH has partnered with a well-renowned healthcare network in search of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative based in the Indianapolis, IN area!

Responsibilities

  • Connects with patients and caregivers regarding patient billing inquiries.
  • Required to be friendly and helpful to patients and caregivers in a call center setting.
  • High volume call center setting.
  • Ensures complete and accurate demographic collection in a timely manner
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with patients, peers, and superiors on a daily basis.
  • Must have ability to think quickly and react professionally.
  • Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish for conversational use as well as understanding of medical terms required.
  • 2-3 years of call center experience required.
  • Previous medical front office experience or medical insurance required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Highly organized and effective at multitasking.
  • Work Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM M-F (40 hours per week)

    Pay: $18/hr

    Many LHH clients require proof of COVID-19 vaccination at time of hire due to company policies or certain regulatory requirements. As such, LHH may require you to report your COVID-19 vaccination status unless prohibited by a state law. The Company will consider requests for exemption based on medical/disability or religious reasons, or additional reasons (if permitted by state law). If you are a resident of a state that has passed a law prohibiting employers from requiring proof of vaccination, you do not have to report your vaccination status at this time, but you may not be able to be placed at federal contractor worksites in the future or with certain healthcare clients if you choose not to provide your status.
