Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with purchases and enter purchase orders. This role is a compute based role where all work will be conducted over phone and email. If you have experience in customer service, but are looking to grow as a professional in a more challenging position, this is the role for you!

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: $18

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain knowledge of company products and stay up to date on new offerings
  • Manage incoming purchase orders and check for accuracy before submission
  • Act as a liaison between customers and other departments
  • Assist with understanding customer needs and processes, managing complaints and more
  • Address all concerns with a sense of urgency
  • Document all needs into a computer system
  • Qualifications:

  • 2 years in customer service required
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Experience reviewing purchase orders preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing or logistics preferred
