LHH is seeking an Executive Recruiter for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position located in the Greater Indianapolis Area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level direct hire roles across multiple industries

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit

  • Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview logistics

  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful placements

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and hiring goals

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to client development efforts

  • Stay informed on industry trends and labor market conditions

  • Provide consultative guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies

  • Represent the company at networking events and industry functions

  • Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and placement goals

  • Promote the company’s brand and values in all professional interactions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required

  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of recruiting experience is required

  • Must have the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Must have experience with full-cycle recruiting and client relationship management

  • Ideal candidates will have experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms

  • Ideal candidates will have the ability to identify and attract passive candidates

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • High level of adaptability and problem-solving ability

  • Technically savvy and eager to learn new tools and systems

  • Collaborative mindset and a passion for helping others succeed
