LHH is seeking an Executive Recruiter for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position located in the Greater Indianapolis Area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level direct hire roles across multiple industries
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit
Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview logistics
Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful placements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and hiring goals
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to client development efforts
Stay informed on industry trends and labor market conditions
Provide consultative guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies
Represent the company at networking events and industry functions
Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences
Meet or exceed performance metrics and placement goals
Promote the company’s brand and values in all professional interactions
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required
Minimum of 3-5+ years of recruiting experience is required
Must have the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively
Must have experience with full-cycle recruiting and client relationship management
Ideal candidates will have experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
Ideal candidates will have the ability to identify and attract passive candidates
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of adaptability and problem-solving ability
Technically savvy and eager to learn new tools and systems
Collaborative mindset and a passion for helping others succeed
