LHH has partnered with a growing client to identify a Financing Specialist for their team. Ideal candidates with have prior financing and accounts receivable experience. Detail orientation, accuracy and strong interpersonal skills are crucial in this role.
What are the main responsibilities for the position:
Obtain financing for customers
Submit credit applications and navigate through process
Partner with financing companies for funding statuses
Manage AR call queue in addition to AR team
Prepare funding reports, maintain accurate records of interactions and financing activities
Prepare project status updates
Communicate with customers for document completion and signature
Track financing per project
Requirements/Must have skills:
Degree not required
5+ years of AR experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and partners
Ability to communicate effectively via email and phone
Strong understanding of financing options, and partnership with lending institutions
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financing principles, including loans, credit, and payment options
