Job Details:

  • Indianapolis, IN - On-Site
  • M-F 8am-5pm
  • Up to $22hr
  • Temp to Hire
  • Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding employees, ensure system set up, new hire paperwork
  • Work with managers biweekly to ensure all timecards are approved for payroll processing
  • Ensure proper offboarding for employees is coordinated
  • Provide knowledge and understanding of benefits, leave and PTO policies
  • May support verification of employments and unemployment responses
  • HR related admin duties
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or at least 2 years of experience in HR
  • Proficient is excel
  • Experience using ADP a plus!
  • Ability to work independently and on a multi-functional team
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal clients and hiring managers at all levels
