Tax Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with an organization on the northside of Indianapolis that is looking to expand its tax team. Our client is looking to add on a Tax Accountant to help prepare monthly and quarterly tax returns. This position is offered with a competitive salary and benefits

Responsivities

Complete over 125 sales and use tax returns monthly

Complete federal and state income taxes

Create and post journal entries for taxes

Creating SOP’s to help new members

Ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal tax laws

Qualifications

3+ years of previous experience working for with sales and use tax

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

Attention to detail

Customer service skills

Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full Time

Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm
