Accountant

3 Accountants (Up to $87K)

LHH is now hiring three Accountants in Orange County. The locations for each role are in Irvine, Laguna Niguel, and Tustin. Please review the below description, and feel free to share the job description with friends and family to apply now!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage budget forecasts, financial transactions, and all accounting transactions

Track payments to internal and external stakeholders

Process tax payments and returns, plus manage closings (monthly, quarterly and annually)

Manage and prepare balance sheets, taxes, and tax returns

Audit and help prepare financial documents, statements and calculations on time

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

Ensure timely bank payments

When necessary, reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups

Comply with financial policies and regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

3 to 5 years of Accounting experience

Bookkeeping experience

Advanced in MS Excel including Vlookups and pivot tables

Preferred CPA or CMA Certification
