Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage budget forecasts, financial transactions, and all accounting transactions
  • Track payments to internal and external stakeholders
  • Process tax payments and returns, plus manage closings (monthly, quarterly and annually)
  • Manage and prepare balance sheets, taxes, and tax returns
  • Audit and help prepare financial documents, statements and calculations on time
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • When necessary, reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
  • 3 to 5 years of Accounting experience
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Advanced in MS Excel including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Preferred CPA or CMA Certification
