LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a construction company to search for a contract-to-hire Accounts Receivable Clerk located in Irving, TX. This opportunity is paying between $20-$22/hour. If you have at least 1+ years of accounts receivable experience, an understanding of liens with a can-do attitude, then this career opportunity could be yours!

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding past-due accounts

• Process credit applications, memos, and tax-exempt certificates

• Set up and maintain customer accounts

• Handle in-house payments and coordinate with lockbox

• Respond to customer and sales team inquiries

• Maintain AR documentation and Salesforce cases

• Reconcile accounts and resolve open balances

• Process lien releases, sworn statements, and credit references

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of AR or related experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
