LHH is working with a medical manufacturing company in Edison, NJ that is looking for a Supply Chain and Finance Administrative Assistant on a temporary basis for about 6-9 months. The hours are 9AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday with a 1 hour lunch. The qualified candidate must have at least 1 year of corporate supply chain/logistics experience OR experience as an Admin in a finance department.

Responsibilities:

  • Review warehouse reports daily
  • Ensure proof of delivery and bills of ladings are completed
  • Use Oracle to access invoice documents
  • Convert billing documents into PDF files
  • Match delivery information to invoices
  • Keep track of information in Excel spreadsheets
  • Send required documentation to customers as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, BA in Supply chain or Finance a plus!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, mainly basic formulas
  • Oracle experience a plus
  • At least 1 year of experience as a corporate admin or within a supply chain and logistics department
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work from home or in an office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
