The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full scope of benefits for our 8,000 employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leveraging analytics to optimize our benefits programs. This role requires expertise in both ADP Workforce and SAP SuccessFactors.
Job Title: Benefits Manager
Location: Onsite, Iselin, NJ
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration:
Oversee the administration of all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other ancillary benefits.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.
Stay updated on changes in benefits laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to company policies and procedures.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize ADP Workforce and SAP SuccessFactors to generate and analyze benefits data.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
Prepare and present regular reports on benefits utilization, costs, and trends.
Employee Communication and Support:
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to inform employees about their benefits options and any changes to the benefits programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and issues related to benefits.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers.
Negotiate contracts and ensure that vendors deliver high-quality services.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic benefits initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Continuously evaluate and improve benefits programs to ensure they meet the needs of employees and the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management, preferably in a large organization.
Proficiency in ADP Workforce and SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local benefits regulations.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or similar certification.
Experience managing benefits for a large, diverse workforce.
Proven track record of implementing successful benefits programs and initiatives.
