LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in Issaquah, WA. This position helps serve as “the glue” to our organization. A key aspect of this position is providing administrative insight to support operations and the property management team. As a core member of the frontline customer service team this position is responsible for excellent customer service, storage/RV leasing, and account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate communication between various departments, schedules meetings, distribute reports and keep all parties informed of general business operations
  • Coordinate and track Certificates of Insurance
  • Drafts leases and other tenant correspondence for Commercial
  • Track invoices/expenses and code properly by property
  • Process Applications
  • Process work orders
  • Assist with special projects and/or areas of expertise related to the business
  • Assist with word processing and spreadsheet work, data entry and filing support
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to operating the copier/scanner, postage meter, and key cutting machines
  • Process incoming mail and outgoing mailings
  • Serve customers and tenants in person, via phone and/or email by taking maintenance requests, giving directions, transferring interest in units, signing customers up for auto payment, printing payment coupons, inputting address and phone number changes, making keys, etc
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • At least 2 year college degree preferred
  • Customer service or sales experience a plus
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills and communication
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize/prioritize tasks and direct projects
  • Must pass drug test, drivers record check, credit check, reference check, and criminal record check.
