About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact role focused on optimizing the company's usage of Anaplan and associated sales and financial data. You'll collaborate directly with senior finance stakeholders. This is not a back-office role. You’ll be front-and-center with decision-makers, shaping how financial data drives business strategy. If you're an Anaplan user, a finance or accounting expert, and you're a "techie" - ready to lead systems initiatives and build scalable solutions - this is your next move. Anaplan Certified users who know how to do financial modeling, this is your place to shine.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead analyst for financial systems, with a focus on Anaplan optimization

• Build and optimize models and dashboards for headcount, sales, and revenue planning

• Partner with finance teams to improve forecasting and reporting workflows

• Train and support users across departments

• Drive system performance improvements and dashboard enhancements

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate finance or accounting

• 2+ years of hands-on Anaplan experience

• Proven track record in model building and dashboard development

• Self-motivated toward excellence with a collaborative mindset

• Ability to communicate clearly and drive change

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Pay range and compensation package

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite (Tues–Thurs), 2 days remote (Mon & Fri)

• Flexible hours between 6am–6pm

• HQ located in Northbrook
