We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Specialist to join our team in a high-volume billing environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Process high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Review billing data for accuracy and completeness
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely billing
• Maintain organized billing records and documentation
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of billing experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
