Corporate/Trust Paralegal

Are you an experienced transactional paralegal interested in a full-time, permanent job opportunity with a boutique firm? Corporate experience is a huge plus! You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, proofreading, and redlining transactional and corporate legal documents, presentations, reports, forms, agreements, correspondence, and more; general file management; heavy calendaring and schedule management; anticipating attorney needs; and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

3 - 5+ years of transactional legal experience, preferably in a large firm; corporate experience is a plus!

Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

High accuracy and attention to detail when proofreading, typing, and with client billing

Solid organizational and time management skills and the ability to work well independently

Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset
