HR Specialist (Temp)

Location: Seattle, WA

Type: Short-Term Temp

Pay Range: $28–$35/hour (DOE)

Overview:

As a temporary HR Specialist, you’ll handle a mix of compliance, data management, and employee support. Great for someone who loves systems, structure, and solving people problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Support audits, reports, and compliance processes

Update and maintain HRIS with a high degree of accuracy

Help onboard new hires and coordinate internal changes

Provide employee guidance on HR policies

Qualifications:

2–3 years of HR support or specialist experience

Experience with HRIS and reporting tools

Strong knowledge of Washington labor laws
