LHH Recruitment Solutions in partnership with a firm in the Boston, MA area is seeking a Life Science Attorney. This position is a remote position.


Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate complex intellectual property licenses, R&D agreements, supply and distribution agreements and other types of partnering agreements
  • Ability to provide legal support and advise on a wide range of clinical, regulatory and licensing matters
  • Create and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to handle a heavy case load

  • Qualifications

  • 3 +years of experience working on complex pharmaceutical R&D agreements
  • JD and licensed to practice law in a US jurisdiction and in good standing
  • Knowledge of and experience with pharmaceutical and medical device regulation, including product registration, licensing and promotion
  • Experience with clinical trial agreements preferred
  • Must be able to work independently and effectively under pressure
  • Strong analytical and research skills
