LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking to hire an organized, detail-oriented professional to assist a transportation company in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in shipping/receiving and have intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel.


Responsibilities

  • Update system with product shipments and status of inbound materials
  • Validate and coordinate payments for inbound product.
  • Coordinate activities and provide documentation to our customs broker to clear product.
  • Reconcile freight invoices to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Resolve discrepancies with inbound freight providers on payment and delivery issues

  • Experience/Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience with MS Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently

  • Work Type

  • Onsite, Full Time, M-F
  • Compensation: $19/h
