Job Title: Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk (Hybrid)
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $20–$21 per hour
Job Type: Temporary (3–6 months, with potential for extension)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home with occasional in-office requirements in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable processes, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

  • Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

  • Assist with weekly check runs and ACH payments

  • Maintain accurate and organized AP records

  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues

  • Support month-end closing activities related to AP

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred



Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
