Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Jupiter, FL
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm


Job Summary

A well-established organization in Jupiter, FL is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join their team. This is a 100% onsite, temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and is looking to grow with a professional and collaborative team. As the AP Specialist, you will be responsible for full-cycle accounts payable operations, vendor management, and ensuring accuracy in coding and data entry. The ideal candidate will be polished, professional, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience with Sage is a major plus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable

  • Accurately code and enter invoices into ERP systems

  • Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies

  • Process payments and reconcile vendor statements

  • Assist with system transitions and process improvements

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely approvals and payments

  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal controls


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle AP

  • Strong understanding of accounting systems and AP processes

  • Experience with QuickBooks required; Sage experience is a strong plus

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
