Accounting Clerk

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounting Clerk in Overland Park, KS. This position is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor due diligence, invoice coding, expense report review and coding. Responsibilities

Prepare and enter journal entries

Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliation (prepaid, accrued expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable)

Assist with Financial reporting

Maintain fixed asset records

Prepare depreciation entry

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of general accounting experience

Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience (Preferred)

Knowledgeable of MS Excel, Word, and computerized accounting systems.
