Administrative Assistant
Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to fill their open Administrative Assistant job Kansas City, MO. You will work in the trendy Uptown area. To qualify, you must possess at least two years of recent, relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $19.00 and $20.00 per hour, depending on your level of previous experience. During the temporary period, you will have the opportunity to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs (details below). Once you a permanent employee of this company, you will be eligible for their competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and transferring calls
- Entering customer orders into the database
- Tracking orders and giving status updates to customers
- Organizing physical and electronic files
- Providing administrative support to the sales team: creating presentations, brochures, etc.
- All other responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
- At least two years of recent, relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to work effectively on a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
