LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a company in Kansas City who is seeking a Benefits Analyst with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. This position is onsite and offers a competitive salary and benefits.



Responsibilities:



  • Support Benefits for a large, multi-state area


  • Collaborate with other HR professionals for Open Enrollment


  • Handle invoicing and reconciliations; maintain benefits records


  • Maintain benefits regulatory compliance


  • Other duties as assigned



Qualifications:



  • 5+ years' experience in benefits administration


  • Experience within Manufacturing highly preferred


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources highly preferred


  • Understanding of federal and state laws in relation to benefit plans and compensation


  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
