The ideal candidate is highly analytical and is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. This position is onsite and offers a competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Support Benefits for a large, multi-state area
Collaborate with other HR professionals for Open Enrollment
Handle invoicing and reconciliations; maintain benefits records
Maintain benefits regulatory compliance
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in benefits administration
Experience within Manufacturing highly preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources highly preferred
Understanding of federal and state laws in relation to benefit plans and compensation
Highly analytical and detail-oriented
