• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the company culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional interaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
• Compensation: $70-95,000 annually + commission
